Dr. Claudia M Giovanelli Porrata MD MPH
Board Certified American Board of Preventive Medicine and Public Health Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine Board Certified American Board of Antiaging and Regenerative Medicine Dr. Claudia Porrata received her MD Degree from the University of El Salvador, School of Medicine, in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1997. In 2002, she completed her Internal Medicine residency program at the University of de Buenos Aires School Of Medicine and her requirement for the degree as a Specialist in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Porrata continued her medical training at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami School of Medicine, completing a Fellowship in Special Immunology and her internship in General Surgery. She completed her second residency at the Palm Beach County Preventive Medicine/Public Health residency program and also her Masters in Public Health at NOVA Southeastern University in 2009. Currently, Dr. Porrata has hospital affiliations with Wellington Regional Medical Center and Jupiter Medical Center.
Dr Porrata founded Lifestyle Medicine Specialists in 2012 where she continues to dedicate her medical career to the area of Preventive and Lifestyle Medicine. Fluent in English and Spanish, her main goal is to make an impact in patients disease prevention and health optimization.
