You may however, depending on your health insurance, be able to use insurance to cover some of your lab testing costs.
Our medical team will be glad to discuss with you initial costs to determine if a specific membership is right for you and estimate expenses based on your goals.
Lifestyle Medicine Specialists and its providers do not participate in and are not contracted with any health insurance programs (i.e., we are out-of-network and operate a cash pay, concierge practice).
We do not submit claims to your insurance under any circumstances and are opted-out of Medicare. If your private health insurance policy has out-of-network benefits, you may be entitled to reimbursement in connection with the services you elect to receive here. The Concierge Membership Program is not health insurance and does not serve as a replacement for your health insurance. You should continue to maintain comprehensive health insurance to help you cover medical cost.
